Travel with the Bear Valley Ski Club to the beautiful Colorado Rocky Mountains February 3rd to 10th, 2024. Breckenridge Ski Resort has 2,908 acres, 34 lifts and 187 challenging ski trails. We will be staying at the Residence Inn by Marriott Breckenridge located adjacent to the main street where you will enjoy over 200 restaurants and shops. This will be an epic opportunity to ski and socialize with Bear Valley Ski Club friends in Breckenridge.

Breckenridge (originally a mining town 1859) is located in the heart of the Rocky Mountains and the ski resort spans five peaks with 34 lifts including the highest chairlift (12,840 feet) in North America.
There were 35 BVSC members making the trip. The skiing was fantastic and exhilarating with fresh snowfall, 2,980 acres (187 trails) of skiable terrain to explore and an impressive 3,398 feet of vertical drop. Downhill Heaven on pristine slopes!
The Marriott Residence Inn was ideally located within the historic Breckenridge downtown area near restaurants and shops along with a private ski shuttle to the ski slopes.
In addition to skiing, a large group opted for an evening sled ride on the slopes followed by a barbeque buffet dinner.

This was our second time traveling on a ski trip with the Bear Valley Ski Club on an out of state trip. We enjoyed the lovely town of Breckenridge, or as they call it here “Breck”. The mountain had wide long runs with all levels of ability and steeps that would please even the most advanced skier. On one day, our small group skied 21 total miles on perhaps the most fantastic snow I could wish for. The town offered so many shopping opportunities and restaurant experiences with our hotel within walking distance. And best of all, the trip had a great group of very friendly and fun people! We will travel with the BVSC again!
