The Bear Valley Ski Club has a membership meeting each July. This year, we cancelled this meeting (July Picnic) due to excessive heat. We are happy to announce that the ski club has re-scheduled our Membership Meeting for Labor Day Weekend, Sunday, September 1st, 2024. Here are some details on our upcoming event. We hope to see new and returning members at this fun event!

Please join the Bear Valley Ski Club for our annual membership meeting and social on Sunday, September 1st, 2024. We plan to meet at the Forest Meadows Golf Course Bistro on the Green from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. We will conduct a very short open meeting to vote in new board members at 4:00 p.m. This will be followed by a “Pizza Buffet” dinner and social hour. The buffet will include six different kinds of pizza, wings, a salad bar and one drink of choice (soda, well drink, beer or wine) all for $20. for each person. The buffet is optional to each guest.
There will be a short presentation by our President, Mark Woltering. Mark will describe the many benefits of joining the Bear Valley Ski Club and provide a description of our upcoming 2025 Ski Trip to Europe. Although, this ski trip has been sold-out, we are gathering a list of standby names in the event of a cancellation.
Guests are encouraged to ask questions about the club, our regular events and learn details about previous annual ski trips. Meet and socialize with new and old ski club members and learn “What we are all about”.
